  MOC MAGLEV Prototype at BW
 
Hi, In case you missed it at the diner, or didn't make it to BW '03, (or a BayLTC pizza meeting) Ross showed the prototype Maglev vehicle and short "track" that he and I built. Hey all, The video crew from the Home & Garden channel came yesterday at 9am and did interviews of Nancy and I and also shto quite a bit of footage of me talking about the ISD (which I'll be bringing next Saturday) and my custom sword. That's the best LEGO PCC I've ever seen, but there is no way to make one that good from (...) FREMONT, CA - BayLTC, the Bay Area LEGO Train Club, has just finished a very successful display at the Great American Train Show in Pleasanton, CA. Well, OK not technically a MOC - I had a little help from my wife :-) Nevertheless, I'm pleased to announce the birth of my first child. Nicholas was born 9/19. 8 lbs, 4 oz. 21". Or start your own up there! I'd bet there are lots of lurkers and interested kids/AFOLs in the area from Auburn to Elk Grove to Davis... The problem is contacting and organizing them... Probably the closest LUG/LTC you are going to find is BayLUG and BayLTC, which are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
