Hi All,
I'm guilty, we arrived late, at about 12 noon.
I put up the pennants and pulled up the shades some time after
we arrived after unloading
as there did not appear to be much "club" business going on.
Won't happen again.

I really think we should make a concerted effort to enforce • our closed door

Perhaps next time we could have some signs posted • specifying the club-member

I believe the doors were open because people were • complaining about how hot and

really even have the window shades up yet either. With the • next couple of
meetings there will be several members only items to discuss • that will require
us to actually have a sit-down type of meeting.

The "LEGO" banners and window shades went up around noon, so
there was
some time before hand, but not enough.  I agree that it would
be a
good idea to post a sign up that says what it is, so
passers-by can
know.  How about something like this:

      BAY AREA LEGO USERS' GROUP
    Meeting Today

     Members Only
      11am - 1pm

  OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
      1pm - 3pm

Post this in such a way that you can't enter the room without
either
ducking around the sign or crashing into it.  A BIG sign.  One
at each
door.
