Vineet, I don't think it takes cahones to answer questions that can be answered
by doing basic research. I think it takes patience. A LOT of patience.
You need to do that basic research. *You* need to go to the rtlToronto website
and do a little reading before you ask questions that are answered there. "What
is project X" is such a basic question that many participants here will get
*very* frustrated by people asking it.
And, these are people that do *not* get easily frustrated. They put up with me,
they put up with Steve H, they put up with a lot of silliness and a lot of
outsiders making asinine suggestions about how they ought to run their contests.
That takes a lot of patience.
Don't deride them or their willingness to help just because they've lost
patience with you. They are *very* happy to help people with mechanical and
programming problems, as long as they have done a little basic research first.
You do not seem to be doing that basic research. If you want to fit in here, you
need to consider that and you need to do that basic reading first.
Try to ask non obvious questions, not the obvious ones. Try to stay on topic if
you can (this group allows a wide latitude but still, it's a group for a local
club and your posts ought to at LEAST either be connected to T.O. local events
or to activities (like robots and trains and brickwars) that the group is
interested in. Your bombay bombing post was neither.)
That's my view.
