Just curious what the average turnaround contact time is. I submited a form on
Friday for that faulty cylinder in the Backhoe that I had, but I haven't heard
anything.
(...) Iain, I have used this many times and have always gotten great service. When I use it, I get an auto email response and usually get the parts in a week or so. Never had a problem with it.
