ugh.
I don't feel so good.
like a teen with new found freedom, I have had the house to myself for
the past few days.
it all started Monday when Kate and Abby

the house to myself.
so, like any single guy, I start to B L A S T the 80's tunes, watch WAY

human should in one sitting,all the while building slightly defective

EATING MORE JUNK FOOD THAN ALLOWED BY MY CHOLESTEROL DOCTOR.
So, I was a "good boy" and packed my lunch for today. after 7 (??)
years of marriage I've gotten very used to Kate packing me a wholesome
lunch.

HAD a 300G bag of *FREE Doritios super Nacho chips, and to wash it
all down, a 1.9L thing of orange gatorade.
Oh, and I threw in a peach. for the fruit portion of my diet.
about 1/2 way through the chips, I start to feel woozy. but since I'M A
FREE MAN (for the next 3 days) I was not going to let that stop me.
now, at about 3/4 through the bag of chips..... I had to stop.
I feel that between the gatorade http://www.gatorade.com/ , and the salt
from the chips, my electrolytes are through the roof. which might
explain why when i watched the 2003 Demo reel
