My projects for 4.5:
* The carnival, likely to be located adjacent to the ramp starting
immediately below Altenburg. Possibly stealing a little space on the
portlands side of things. Expect a Ferris wheel, some sort of
Merry-go-round, and some booths, etc. To be capacitor-powered, where
available.
* Buildings to fill the two empty curved streets. Likely shop fronts on
one and residential on the other.
* A decent job of the above-ground station area, with some greenery,
ticket agent, trash cans, platform decorations, etc.
* Perhaps another row of windows on the hotel - the back is still a
little plain.
* Something to put in all those little casements on the ramps.
