It's been pretty obvious they've been courting the federal government-a
major media campaign was staged on billboards and advertising all over the
system in the last year.

The new line of course, is the controversial Sheppard line, championed by
Mel Lastman while he was the mayor of North York, and it will be opening in
September after ten years of debate and construction.
