Thanks to Erik Olson, I have greatly expanded the use of my Macintosh
Performa.
After installing OS 8 (and being blown away, mind you), I installed Stuffit
Expander, and managed to use the intuative setup guide to get the 14.4 modem
on it to go online. I found the MacNQC site, and after downloading MacNQC, I
effortlessly installed it and was up and running in just a minute or two!
Thanks Eric and everyone who helped me out with suggestions and so forth.
I'm writing my first programs on the Performa now and it sure is great to
sit down with such a comfortable machine.
I love the fact I now have a computer in my room and I can have a dirty
desktop image. Tee-hee!
