That's really cute! I already have a 4 port USB hub ($12 DLink, on sale!)
just for such a game. Yes, we should do this! It would be a fun, simple,
breath of fresh air. Something a little silly and purely for sport, not for
any real technical challenge. We could even make it a small little event
for fun.

I really like this idea!
How about two people per team, each team gets two robots as you say: A
goalie and a player. The ball could be a tennis ball, and the goal an 3033
tub on it's side.
Once train3 is done, I will give this a try to see what the controller
program is like.
