Dear Mr. Tsang,
It has come to our attention that traffic snarls continue to occur in
our area due to the fact that there is currently no way for motor
vehicles to travel between modules "CalumM1" and "JeffEC1". The R&WC is
prepared to offer a suitable T-junction road unit if you will rezone
that area for thru traffic.
