  DCC Encoder assembled!
 
Well I just got back from putting together the TMWDCC DCC processor/encoder board. We etched the first board, and soldered the components to it-we didn't socket in the PIC yet, we have to program it next week. My coworker Mario did the hard work (...) (...) nice job at making the decoder.... so how can I get a DCC motor and for how much.... I believe I have 8 train motors at this time, and would be willing to part with one to make it DCC enabled.
