Hello all,
I'm currently running a small layout in my basement using an LDCC'ed RCX with
automation provided by an RCX running NQC.
For the NQC program to know when a train has reached the end of the line, I had
to develop a bumper sensor. I remembered seeing some around here somewhere, but
was at a loss to find 'em last week, so I made my own--

It's pretty easy on basic parts, and doesn't require that much finesse to build
it. The train buffer doesn't seem to bind, and the touch sensor has enough
'spring' to it to push the bumper back out when the train departs. I have 2 of
them on my loop right now and they were flawless for every evening this past
week.
