was going to stop and turn on the lights THEN turn them off and move.
BUT,
its going to add more code and a motor, and and and, to the bot, so,
i will always have the lights on.
i WILL stop for 15 seconds after my FIRST block is deposited, OR if
there is 30 seconds left in the game.
