Thanks for your note. We will have access to the site at 6.00am on Saturday.
The table, chairs etc company will start setup then. Displays can enter then
with the understanding that any equipment being supplied by us will not
necessarily be in place at that time. The hydro will be though. I have
forwarded your note to Frank. You should get a confirmation letter from him
which will outline everything. Any questions just holler!!

Frank and Doug,
We are very excited about doing the train show again this year. Just finalizing
details in case I forgot to get them to you earlier--our layout is approximately
10 x 25 and will need 9 people to set up. As well, we'll need electricity. No
tables are required but a few chairs would be appreciated.
We'd like to know the times we can get into the building for setting up--I think
you mentioned that Friday night was out. When can we arrive on Saturday
morning?
Again, we're looking forward to the show--thanks for running this fantastic
event.
