And if ya like that, you'd probably dig this (copy/paste from my post to another
forum):
As an avid transit enthusiast in general, but espically trains, the development
and "coming out" of Transrapid at Podung Airport in Shanghai has been espically
exciting. Finally, the world has the first ever commercially operating magnetic
suspension railway, or maglev. Achieving incredible speeds, at over 430 km/h the
Shanghai Maglev Transport, or SMT, travels 31 kilometres in 7 minutes, between
the new Podung Airport and the Long Yang Road metro station.
ThyssenKrupp and Transrapid International have presented an incredible array of
high quality videos showing off this absolutely amazing project. Here are some
links of interest.

(I strongly recomend The Transrapid Story and Hightech for "Flying on the
Ground")

I dare you to watch the last one and not feel full-body tingles as the train
glides by at top speed. :)
Enjoy!
