Well I just got around to entering all the sets I got at BrickFest into
Peeron.   My Goal for this year was to break 200 000 pieces.  With my
BrickFest purchases I achieved this goal.

Totals: 720 Sets (357 unique), 200,904 Parts, 790 Minifigs.

Now this isn't the whole story.  Unlike Jeff VW, I have not been
counting bulk and loose brick that enters my collection.  I figure there
could be upwards of 50 000 more pieces from Pick-a-brick, garage sales,
loose brick gifts, and my pre dim ages days.

It's kind of fun tracking your collection like this.  And when building
something I have a pretty good idea how many of a certain piece I have.

I guess the next major mile stone is 500 000.  :-)

Derek

(...) That's pretty impressive! My Lugnet listing shows just short of 100K pieces. I suspect I may be closer to 120 or 150K pieces with all the stuff I have extra. Calum (20 years ago, 27-Sep-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
