Ahhh... that sounds really cute.... a sort of right of passage. (to build) :)
The only one I know that has a Thatch-Perk is Matthias Jetleb
(Jetleb@Netcom.ca). He brought one to Train2? (I think).

Pricey. (and only 2 arms available)

These lift-arms are pretty rare. They were only on 4 sets, way back when...
and I couldn't find anyone willing to sell the stickers though.
Even without the lift-arm and the stickers, the set is ultra-rare and I
know I would be ultra-thrilled if I was getting it. :)
