I've no doubt it is (1), even if to an outsider understanding most of the jokes is a bit of problem (2). But why? My theory is that it is because it is the only geographical area group that has continued to use Lugnet for its forum. With the net (...) My guess would be yes, because the wheels on the bulldozer look similar to the MyBot stuff. I've gotten some of the MyBot stuff for friends kids. It was ok, but perhaps a little tricky to work with.
