another beach house created for parlugment’s layout at railfair in ottawa this
past october.
| | modeled after a house in wells beach, maine, this large traditional new england beach house features a wrap around porch with a large front enclosed sunroom and a fully finished lower level with street access for beach guests. the back door opens to a narrow beach wall with stairs to beach access.

| | the moc is only furnished at the bedroom level but both the roof and walls of the third floor lift off for better viewing.

| | the traditional layout of the third floor is adequate for a small family but features a large master bedroom with full master ensuite including a glass enclosed fireplace in the bathroom and private balcony overlooking the surf.

| | the children’s bedrooms are small but inviting. the young daughter decorated her room after watching many home renovation shows on tlc.

| | the boys’ room features bunk beds and a large toy trunk.

| | and to top off this moc, the weathervane sitting on the roof was a collaborative build between myself and fellow parlugmenter jason alleman. whatever!
