Unfortunately, such people are unlikely to take any notice of such conditions.
And any legal action against them is probably doomed to failure, and will
certainly be expensive.
The best two solutions are probably:
1. Never post your e-mail to public forums - use spam-block addresses (as Jake
has mentioned in this thread) either make the spam-block obvious, or put
instructions at the bottom of the post.
2. Run all your e-mail through a good spam filter - unfortunately, this usually
has the side effect of filtering some non-spam e-mail as well, you've just
gotta decide how tough you wanna be on the spam.
