Re: Want to buy: 9v Train manual points

(...) The ones I saw were at a TRU as well, so should be the same price as Rosco. Maybe it's cheaper to wait until LA gets another shipment, hopefully your train doesn't get bored in the meantime, that's only if it's a really useful engine. (24 years ago, 20-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.au)

Re: Want to buy: 9v Train manual points

(...) I wish! The Aussie dollar is worth 49-point-something US cents so we're looking at around $A56 anyway and then there's international shipping on top (not to mention fees for exchange). Cheaper and easier to get them here in Australia, thanks (...) (24 years ago, 20-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.au)

  Re: Sydney Meet

Re: Want to buy: 9v Train manual points

(...) How urgent is your need? If you could stand the shipping time, it might be cheaper to get someone in the US to get them for you and ship them (I'm not sure, they are $27.99 USD, but if you were after more than one set, it might work...) That (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.au)

Re: Want to buy: 9v Train manual points

(...) No, LA don't have them and apparently are not getting more. When they did have them they were selling them for $50.50 including postage (that's a reference point and not a gripe about $57 :) ) (...) Yes please! Thanks guys, Deidre (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.au)

I know there's a set at TRU chadstone - been there for 6 months. I keep hiding it behind other things just in case they decide to put in in a discount bin 8?) About $57. Can't you get them from LA?
