Re: Updated list of Service Packs at LA

----- Original Message ----- From: "Dave Low" <stinglessbee@hotSPA...Email.com> (...) bits (...) I think most of the expansion packs are pretty ordinary, and overpriced. It really depends on what you are after, for just ordinary Technics stuff, look (...) (24 years ago, 21-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

Re: Updated list of Service Packs at LA

(...) Great info Deidre. Question for the Tech-heads: is this the best way to get supplementary bits and bobs for Mindstorms? Or are the expansion sets better value? The RIS gets more and more tempting... is GBs/Myer (at 20-25% off) still the best (...) (24 years ago, 21-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

Updated list of Service Packs at LA

  Can you identify ideas book?

Visited some friends on the weekend and the boys had just been given an old box of Lego. Among it was an ideas book, but minus the front cover. Judging by the pictures, the book is from the 70's, some pages are similar to those found in ideas book (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.org.au)

Re: Target pricing (was Re: Target 20% off Lego)

(...) I was on the NSW central coast during the sale and Erina Target had nothing indicating a sale was happening, which is unusual for them. (24 years ago, 19-Feb-01, to lugnet.org.au, lugnet.loc.au)

Target pricing (was Re: Target 20% off Lego)

(...) I used to be under that impression but I'm now not so sure, over time I've seen sufficient differences between Sydney and Hobart Target Lego* pricing to call this in to doubt. I would still back Tas and Vic being on the same pricing inventory (...) (24 years ago, 19-Feb-01, to lugnet.org.au, lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Target 20% off Lego

(...) It didn't work at the Target I went to tonight, I will try a different one tomorrow. If anyone else has any luck please report back, at $10 they are really good value, but not ~$50. Martin (S) (24 years ago, 16-Feb-01, to lugnet.org.au, lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Target 20% off Lego

(...) IIRC Target has a *centralised price inventory for the whole country*. Get your skates on people -- sale ends tomorrow!!! *Wonder if anything else has been reduced to a ridiculous price? *Are the Technic monstrosities worth even $10?? Maybe (...)   Re: Target 20% off Lego

Went to Target Hobart yesterday. Had some new Duplo, Life on Mars and Star Wars Technic sets in. Decided to buy the Star Wars Stormtrooper, priced at $47.95, went to the checkout and it scanned for $10.07, there fore quickly went back and bought (...) (24 years ago, 16-Feb-01, to lugnet.org.au)

Re: It should be a Target 20% off all Lego

Just an update, Target Hobart now has some new stock (some Duplo/LOM/Star Wars but not the complete range of any of it), and that 20% off is still happening until Saturday. Deidre drb@tasmail.com (24 years ago, 15-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)
