No, I think the stores can have a sale whenever they choose, which is why it is limited to 20% [although they may contribute...pity they can't have 1 or 2 50% off sales a year :) ]. I knew a guy who was a lego rep in New York. He'd visit all stores, including TRU, inventory, order replenishment, and stock new sets.This was years ago before I rekindled my interest in them so I didn't learn as much about it as I could have. After a brief chat to the guy who runs the toy section at David Jones Robina (gold coast) I pressed him for some info on the Lego Reps.
