I've attached a link to a good commentary about group dynamics, social behavior, technology, and group structure in online communities. Wow. The first thing that springs to my mind is "Nooo!! If it ain't broke don't fix it! LUGNET is functioning just fine!"...but with a committee like you've chosen I know everything will work out dandy. And I heartily echo Ralph's words (except the (...) Chats with people at BrickFest PDX last weekend got me thinking a lot more about LUGNET and its role in the community. I've bounced some of my thoughts off of various people (including three people from LEGO) and responses varied from positive to (...)
