Assume a weekly lottery that draws six numbers from the series 1 through 40, with no duplicates. Statistically speaking, am I better off repeatedly playing the same six numbers selecting six numbers at random each week? It seems to me that if (in a (...) (...) I use Excel to generate HTML tags all the time. But I'm not using the Excel XML process myself, I am just using formulas to get the contents of tables into tagged HTML One thing that bites me somewhat regularly is the fact that Excel wants to (...) (...) Probably simpler to have excel save it as a CSV and use perl or somesuch to transform the CSV into XML. That's assuming the webapp couldn't be made to import the CSV directly... (19 years ago, 11-Jun-05, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
