I don't know if any one of those is any more important than the other. The trick to a truly great model is to find the right balance between all three. I know that not all of you are converted yet, so I'm pleased to announce that the newest release of IceBreaker now works very well on Microsoft Win9x (and probably on NT and 2000, although I haven't tested that very much).
