I'm jonesing for a Windows-based, graphical client for SSH/SCP, similar to

I don't. Mindterm is nice, but it requires either getting a signed applet
(anyone know how to do that? can you generate your own certificates?) or
setting up a java virtual machine outside of the web browser, and that might

Another option is to use SecureCRT + zmodem, which works pretty well.

or, (if you can use it), ssh2 from ssh.com has a built in very nice sftp...
Unfortunatly, their licensing is a bit harsh...
