I have been working on redesigning my Web page (again I know) with a better
tool. Everything looks good and seems to work great except for one thing. I
have a Menu at the top of my page that has Hypertext links to sections of my
homepage. These links work great with IE 4.0 and 4.01 but they do not work at
all with Netscape. If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

I have included a Poll and an Image Randomizer that I plan on using to
Advertise other web sites. The standards for the advertisements are the same
as those for Cool Lego Site of the Week with a 400x40 banner. I have not had
a chance to redesign most of my subpages yet so many of those links bring you
to old pages that I will be working on soon.
