Hmmm. If you need to completely re-organize your desktop in order to fix one
application, then the application is definitely broken.
However, the Win32 GUI does this kind of thing too -- you can launch any
shortcut (or just ones on in the desktop folder, I dunno) with a user-defined
CTRL-ALT keystroke.
