I'm using MindTerm, a GPL'd Java implementation of ssh:

While it doesn't seem to support sftp, it does talk scp (not sure how much
better sftp is, though) and a buncha other features including port forwarding.

Plus, it has about the best GUI I've ever seen on a telnet client.
