Ah, the humor of cruelty...

Dude, grab the cat by the scruff and place it in a bucket of warm water.
Maintaining your hold, use a hose attachment (hopefully you have one in
either the kitchen sink or the bathroom shower) to wet the animal. Lather
the creature. Rinse with the hose attachment. You can use a sponge to lather
and rinse the head, being careful to avoid getting water in the animals ears
or eyes. Maintaining your hold, place the cat in sunlight for drying. Done.
The main thing is a firm hold and making sure the cat has something to hold
onto besides yourself, like the edge of a bucket for example.
