Starman, The Thing, and Big Trouble... are all pretty good (there's that phrase again!), but Village o' the Darned and In the Mouth of I-wish-I-were-HP-Lovecraft were terrible! (...) | (...) Hmmm. Yeah, "The Thing" is one of my favourites, ever since I first saw it (in about '84). And the DVD is good value, too - has some really good commentary about how they did some of the effects. Pretty fun stuff! ROSCO (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
