In the near future John "I love Hubbard" Travolta (who somehow has managed
to find work despite Battlefield Earth) will be in some tech-ish film called
Swordfish, in which the fish in question is a sort of universal password.
Just to beat the rush, and in anticipation of the many who will spring to
make the connection, "swordfish" as a password dates back to the Marx
Brother's "Horsefeathers," in which it was used as the code word to gain
entry to a speakeasy. I point this out because I'm a fan of those zany
Brothers. In addition, I have a creeping suspicion that the Hollywood
intelligencia will try to act like it's "in" on the joke, and I want all my
good friends here at Lugnet to be likewise "in" on it.
Dave!
