My father-in-law was head of upper atmospheric research at JPL - how do you
think we got the OMCL in place? :-) Yes, OMCL no longer has an effect on wind
shear, but that is only because Jason counter-corrects for that (Bavarian
Illuminati have taken over France in addition to JPL (note erratic behaviour of
France as proof), alas, but it wasn't in time for Topex-Poseidon, though the
Lone Gunmen (weird) subverted that project for countering the plots of the UFO
conspiracy). However, we are endeavoring to subvert the Cyclone Chasers and
from there take direct control of Hurricanes. Fnord!
