Further, it is NOT true that OMCL usage has an effect on upper atmosphere wind
shear, and the BT illuminati had NOTHING to do with Ivan circling back to

My father-in-law was head of upper atmospheric research at JPL - how do you think we got the OMCL in place? :-) Yes, OMCL no longer has an effect on wind shear, but that is only because Jason counter-corrects for that (Bavarian Illuminati have (...)
