What treatment areare you talking about? Is it medical, i.e. involving only
drugs and procedures(surgery, etc.)? If it involves cultural (therapy,
religion) treatments, it is not a medical illness. If it involves cultural
treatments, it can be reversed (make a heterosexual a homosexual), can it not?
Don't forget, there are many Social "Illnesses" that are treatable.

P.S. Did you know that there are some animals that are homosexual
(individuals) and bisexual (some species)?
