The destablization of countries not a threat to US National Security? The loss
of a quarter of a country's workforce would destroy its economy. This could
damage the economy of neighboring countries or those that back them
financially. With what is going on between India and Pakistan, what do you
think would happen if a quarter of either country was felled by AIDS? These
scenarios might not be as far fetched as one might think...
