Skipped most of it but picked on one thing.

Ok.  Then what you're *really* saying, if I read right, is that christianity
is more flawed than America.  At which point, things get mucky very quickly,
because it starts getting necessary to differentiate between the various
motivators of 'flawed people who wreck havok'.  Potayto, potahto.

No, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that the basis for
christianity is flawed. The basis for capitalism, and the basis for
America, are not. Christianity will produce flawed people because of its
basis, but capitalism and America (idealized) may have flawed people
occur IN SPITE of the basis.
See the difference?

Any system can be made to work, on any scale, if all the individuals therein
accept it.  All -isms have this same stumbling block.

Disagree. Some systems can be shown to never work when carried out
because they are flawed. Some systems get better, the closer you get to
ideal state. Some get worse. The ones that get worse are the ones where
the ideal state is flawed. Socialism, for example, cannot work in its
ideal state.

This is another facet of the first part I quoted and responded to.

(...) I could argue this further, but we'd be getting away from traceable cause and effect, and getting really esoteric.
