This is basically what I said in my post concerning art and artwork.
Perhaps there is a more suitable word for my definition of the word art -
anything a man creates. If so, then that eliminates the need for the word
artwork, as I defined it - anything man creates that has only the purpose of
stimulating the senses... for any other purpose it is useless. So if OW's
definition of art matches my definition of artwork, and if OW was
emotionless, that quote makes sense to me. Except for the fact that he was
an artist...
