From a civil suit point of view, it may be sufficient to sue the
corporation. Ultimately, the board of directors is responsible. The
corporation should have mechanisms in place to ensure accountability of its
employees. If you whack the corporation hard enough, they'll figure out if
there is an individual responsible.
