Perhaps if nothing else, the UN knows how to deal with validated concerns as to corruption and incompetence in the ranks.

(And is it just me, or there is something faintly ironic about the US publicly going after the UN with such fervour from time to time, particularly in relation to how the UN does wrong, what with the UN being a body which can talk all it wants but actually do almost nothing without US agreement)
