You give the Left too much credit here. Insofar as there is any validity in the Right/Left labels (that is to say, not much) it’s an issue of more than just the Left. It’s been a libertarian issue since forever.

Hey, I’m cool with that. Whoever brings the issue to the table has done the right thing, IMO. I figured that John was right in citing Left-leaning judges as the source of the current controversy, but if the controversy began its momentum with another group (Libertarian or anyone else), I say kudos to them!
