Careful though, 7 hours doesn't sound that impressive. Boston to LA non-stop
is 6 hours. Oh, and your little exclusion doesn't exclude Alaska, so,
assuming you could find it, a non-stop from Miami to Anchorage ought to be
in excess of 7 hours...
