At least, thats a possibility of some of these
insurgents. Maybe they think of themselves a freedom fighters.

I know, I know. I promised myself Id try to stay away from .debate.
But this freedom fighter thing got me thinking. Whats a freedom
fighter? Who gets to decide? Were the IRA ever called freedom fighters?
How are they generally perceived in Canada and Europe? A force for good,
or a villianous gang?

Congratulations!
Youve just managed to sum up nearly all the wars: were right, the enemy is
wrong. Were brave, the enemy is villanous. Well win, the enemy will lose.
We think all this, the enemy... does too. So why is it hes the enemy, again?

The problem with that theory denunciation is that, every once in a while, there
IS a good guy bad guy war...
And the problem wht THAT theory denunciation is that, every once in a while
isnt very often, and its hard to tell (from the inside) if youre in one of
those times or not...
