Probably, but it’s good for a punchline. Much has already (and not
unreasonably) been made of the rhetorical similarity between Dubya’s
“with-us-or-against-us” drum-beating and the propaganda of 1930’s German
fascism. If Dubya ever mentions a “Final Solution” for dealing with terrorism,
then we’ll have to reopen this discussion...

Well, he’s got a talent for hyperbole, I’ll grant you. But if he were a US
Conservative pundit or political figure railing against a Democrat, his diatribe
would have been so commonplace as to be unnewsworthy.
