A small woodworking tool manufacturer, Stots Corporation, includes a license agreement on its TemplateMaster jig tool. The tool is licensed, not sold, and customers cannot sell it or lend it to others. Nor can they sell or lend the jigs they make with it.

Uh -- actually guys I am almost positive that the preamble of the U.S. Constitution has no force in law. It might have a use as the intent of the legislators.

Somewhere in there was a guy claiming that you had the right to an atty. provided by the state in a civil case! Another Joe Sixpack with the power to vote...
