"
George Galloway has been expelled from the Labour Party in the wake of his
outspoken comments on the Iraq war.
"
The following is a list of charges:
"
he incited Arabs to fight British troops
he incited British troops to defy orders
he incited Plymouth voters to reject Labour MPs
he threatened to stand against Labour
he backed an anti-war candidate in Preston
"
He was found guilty on 4 of the 5--the 3rd in the list he wasn't charged with.
Well, living in a democracy that says that all memebers should follow the party
lines, I can see how 4 would be an issue if this happened in Canada.
And 2--telling the soldiers to not follow orders--that could be a bad
thing--leading to anarchy in the ranks.
OMGoodness--he backed an anti-war candidate! That's bad news all around--those
peaceniks!
But it's the first charge--incited Arabs to fight the British troops.
"Bring it on!" by Dubya--I think that he incited "the Arabs" against the British
troops--let's see if he'll be charged.
