So now it sounds like you agree with me about killing abortion doctors.
_IF_ you thought that abortion was similar in degree to murder (as we
generally think of it) and believed that you could terrorize doctors
into ceasing performance with a few killings, you would consider it.  Right?

In a way, yes. Faced with someone in the business of murder, I have no
philosophical qualms about killing them if that is the only way to stop
them. Wiranto is a name that springs to mind now, can't imagine why.

The only hitch on abortion is that the ability of a fetus to experience
happiness is without evidence at this point, and there is contrary evidence.
So the decision rests with those who will be affected by its death. Mostly
the mother, but also the father and family, plus also those strangers who
are morally outraged by the decision.

My feeling with abortion is that those who feel it to be wrong should sign
a petition. The petition would read, in essence "Should someone desire an
abortion but be prepared to carry it to term and reliquish it, I ___________
(sign here) agree to adopt that baby and to care for it without further
question." If you want to punish mothers, be up front and say so. Right to
life is just so much hot air IMO until I start seeing those petitions.
Why kill for a "life-affirming" belief when you can bring life for it
instead?
