A summit of Arab foreign ministers has demanded the immediate and unconditional
withdrawal of US and British forces from Iraq

All but Q8 condemn the invasion as a "violation of the United Nations Charter"
[true] & a "threat to world peace" [true], but many are either indirectly
supporting it [Qatar comes to mind] or accept aid from the USA [Egypt comes to
mind].
