What can we say? Surely his "alleged" improprieties can't be as serious
as a legal extramarital affair, false accusations of perjury, baseless
rumors of cocaine smuggling, trumped-up allegations of murder, or ultimately
unfounded implications of wrongdoing in a mom-and-pop land deal from 30
years before! THOSE are the kinds of crimes that the Republican Justice
Machine really cracks down on!
Earlier this week on NPR Walter Isaacson noted that Kissinger's
investigation will be very thorough, very organized, and will absolutely go
out of its way not to embarrass the President[1].
Dave!
[1] The only bright spot for me in the current governmental monopoly is that
the media still generally refers to W as *Mr.* Bush, but they call Cheney
the Vice President.
